A face isn't treated zone by zone. It's read layer by layer.

Bone, deep fat, ligament, superficial fat and skin. Each one calls for a different product — and some call for none at all.

A layer-based philosophy

Before recommending a product, we evaluate by plane: bone, deep fat, ligament, superficial fat and skin. The written plan states what product, in what plane, with what technique, and what emergency kit is on hand.

Treatments

  • Botulinum toxin

Focal muscle relaxation. Dose, units and plane documented per area.

  • Fillers

Volume and contour by anatomical plane, with product and lot number on record.

  • Biostimulators

Stimulate your own collagen production over the medium term.

  • Skin boosters

Deep skin hydration through superficial micro-injections.

  • PRP (platelet-rich plasma)

A concentrate of your own blood, processed and re-injected.

  • Microneedling

Controlled micro-punctures that stimulate skin renewal.

  • Peels

Chemical exfoliation at different depths, based on your diagnosis.

The judgment behind every plan

  • Each product by its approved route. Exosomes, for example, are used topically after a procedure — the route where they are supported.
  • FDA channel only. Every product comes through the regulated U.S. channel, with lot and traceability.
  • A layered plan, written first. Which product, in which plane, with which technique and which emergency kit on hand. Defined before the first injection.
  • Off-label, said plainly. When a use falls outside the approved indication, it is explained to you and documented with specific consent.

Safety

Every procedure is performed under an active medical supervision protocol, with an emergency kit on site.
