Privacy notice

Last updated: September 12, 2026.

This page explains what information we collect on this site and how we use it. It doesn't replace a clinical notice of privacy practices, which you'll receive separately if you become a patient.

What information we collect

When you book an evaluation or message us on WhatsApp, we collect your name, phone number, email and the general reason for your visit (for example, "aesthetics" or "IV therapy"). Don't ask for or write medical information in the booking form — that's for your visit.

We also collect basic site-usage data (pages visited, device, browser) to understand what's working and fix issues.

How we use your information

We use your contact details to confirm your appointment, remind you about it, and answer your questions. We don't sell your information to third parties or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We only share data with the technology providers we need to operate: scheduling, messaging and payment processing. Each one is contractually required to protect your information and not use it for any other purpose.

How we protect it

Information is stored in access-restricted, encrypted systems. Access is limited to staff who need that data to care for you.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, except what we're required to keep by law. Reach us through the contact channels on this page.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the practice grows. The last-updated date appears above.
